SENDING INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow these steps
YOUR COMPANY DETAILS.
Include a business card of the person that is sending the POWER SUPPLY with a small sheet of paper describing the problem that you have encountered, if possible, in an envelope.
Put this envelop in the box together with the packaged P.C.B. or subassy.
ADEQUATE PACKAGING AND PROTECTION.
The packaging must be adequate for the characteristics of the device you are sending, and you must protect mechanically all parts of the subassy. It must have the necessary rigidity to withstand the weight of the equipment and to protect it from any harm.
Electronic boards must be manipulated following a series of precautions.
Electronic boards must be packaged in a Conductive Bag, in a Disipative bag, or in a Antiestatic Box of the appropiate characteristics for the device to send.
SENDING
Once properly packaged, print the address details and stick it to the exterior of the box and send it to us through your carrier service.
PROCESS.
At arrival of your package, our technicians will test the Power Supply and make a diagnostic and our Commercial Department will send you a repair offer.
Once we receive your go-ahead, we will start work and will verify and test the Power supply
As soon as we finish we will notify you in order to complete all administrative process, and advise you carrier, to pick-up the box from our facilities, and carry it back to you.
