1º- The period of the warranty is 90 days starting from the delivery date of the power supply, subassy or product repaired. Providing service under warranty do not extend this period..
2º - The warranty covers the malfunctions generated during the period covered, and in the parts that have been repaired, or sustituted, allways when the power supply has been used according to its normal procedure of use, and under its specifications, and has not been modified or manipulated by personnel other than the engineers of The Power Supply Center of lautronic,S.A.
3º - Are included in the warranty all components of the Power supply that have been sustituted in the original work, with the exception of the excluded items, that are reflected in the Work Report sent with the PS.
4º - Are included in the warranty all time necessary to rework the power supply, during its validity period.
5º - Are not included in the warranty the damage caused by mechanical manipulation, incorrect electrical conexion, incorrect use, overload in voltage or intensity, bad packaging. This incidences void the warranty.
The warranty do not include post, packing and visits of our engineers to the customer facilities in any case.
6º To ask for warranty, you must contactThe Power Supply Center by email, indicating which failure has the PS, and ask for Warranty Authorization Number ( WAN) that must be wrriten in the box where you must send the Power Supply.
